  1. This electronic scale is covered under warranty as a consumer product for the original consumer/purchaser.
  1. This electronic scale is warranted against defective materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover batteries. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to misuse. Unreasonable use, neglect, accident, internal calibration tampering, improper and unauthorized service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.
  1. Any implied warranties arising from this sale, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The above warranty is the exclusive remedy for the consumer, and High Weigh shall not be liable for loss of use of the product or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
  1. If the scale fails to work properly when used under normal conditions, we will repair or, at our option, replace the product with the same or a newer model. To obtain a warranty service, fill out the form (included in the box). Return the form and the product in its original packaging with the original sales receipt and a check or money order for the amount of $10.00 USD (this covers return shipping, insurance, and inspection).
